Hi.

I have a Samsung s20+ which is duel sim.

i was wondering if i can use a Giffgaff sim(which is O2) as my 2nd Sim?

Does anybody know please?

the phone is on EE contract with a sim, but i want a 2nd sim and was wondering if a o2 sim will work

So the issue is how long ago did you get the phone.

If you have had the phone for 6 months then you can get it unlocked and use your O2 SIM in the second SIM slot.

its a recent upgrade. so i have to request EE to unlock, but will i be able to use my EE SIM in 1st slot, and giffgaff(which is O2) in 2nd slot?

Yes, once unlocked you can use any network SIM in any slot, but EE will only unlock it once you've had the device for 6 months.
