Old phone was iPhone 6. New phone is iPhone 11. SIM card won’t fit properly in new phone. 😞😞

Take phone & old SIM into an EE shop with Photo ID & they'll transfer number, any SIM contacts & credit if applicable to a replacement SIM of correct size for free or order a replacement SIM online at Order a replacement SIM for £1.50 or phone CS for one.

@Thetrow Both iPhone 6 and iPhone 11 take the same size sim (nano). Ensure you’re inserting it the right way round - look for the beveled corner on the sim card and corresponding notch on the sim carrier.
