I have 1 other phone linked to the account thats why I tried through my ee. I had already had a PAC code but it expired on 22/07.

If you can't get your PAC code via text or MyEE then I am afraid you need to call.

There is no account access on these forums.

worked for me, i sent a text. don't know if it is included in my monthly text allowance or not though.
