    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. I received my new phone on Thursday and began transferring my old number from iD mobile to my new phone with EE. I went through all the process with the PAC code etc. and on the My EE app it is showing my old number but whenever I text someone, it comes up as the number I got with the new phone and not my old number. Can someone please help me with this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can you call &amp;amp; text from your EE phone, and what number is shown?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Where are calls &amp;amp; texts to your existing number going?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If your ported number works for some things and not others, this is a "split port" and means the process hasn't completed - EE C/S on 150 are best placed to investigate your account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If your existing number is entirely still working on your old phone, then that would suggest the port hasn't started yet, and in which case it won't start until Monday now.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'd recommend a call to EE C/S on 150 to check what day your number is due to port.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
