Entered PAC Code When Buying New SIM

Hi all,

I joined EE last Thursday and ordered a new SIM only deal online. Entered my PAC code from Three during that online ordering process.

EE SIM has arrived today and have put it in my iPhone this evening and got the welcome to EE texts and that’s working fine.

I’m just wondering if anybody knows when my Three number should be ported over by? End of tomorrow?

If so, can I still use my old Three SIM until it is ported and that goes dead? As I have work calls on the Three number.

EE help article here gives info on the timescales involved. Only C/S on 150 would know for sure, but if your temporary EE number was live before 5.30pm today, there's a fair bet the PAC has been submitted and therefore should process during tomorrow.

Ah right ok. No the temporary number was not live before 5:30pm. So maybe won’t be done until Wednesday evening?

I will put my old Three SIM back in then and continue to use that for now.

Put my EE SIM back in my iPhone this morning and looks like the number port has been done successfully! Texts and calls show my old number incoming and outgoing 👍🏻
