&lt;P&gt;What day did you submit your PAC to EE - and was it before 5.30pm? The porting process will take place on the first working day after you submitted the PAC, and can potentially take all day.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Odd behaviour such as this is perfectly normal on the day of transfer, I'd also make sure you are regularly restarting your phone too.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
