Submitted PAC code to EE.

Old phone has disconnected from Three network

New phone does not have old phone number yet.

How long should it take from old phone disconnecting to new phone having the old phone's number?

Do I need to do anything?

Hi @pburness

What day did you submit your PAC to EE - and was it before 5.30pm? The porting process will take place on the first working day after you submitted the PAC, and can potentially take all day.

Odd behaviour such as this is perfectly normal on the day of transfer, I'd also make sure you are regularly restarting your phone too.
