    <description>&lt;BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;just change my ee pack from a plan to pay as you go. Can’t make any calls, send messages or use data. I have credit and the account says I need to send a text, call or use data to activate the pack, but can’t do any of these things.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;need help urgently.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;PAYG SIMs, before they will work, need to be activated on EE's UK network first.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you've not done this, then I'm afraid the solution is to do so. The SIM won't work until it is registered in the UK first.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
