Switching old number

HI I Have just joined EE and I gave them my pac code to transfer my old number. This hasn’t happened yet and I have tried turning it off an on. What do I need to do?

Hi @Weeruthie

It can take 24-48 hours to transfer over. In addition no transfers occur over the weekend. When did you make the request?

Thanks,I swapped the sim over on Thursday night so hopefully it will be today then
