My ee SIM is not working to be able to get a PAC code to move my number over. When I try and register the number for live chat it's not being accepted. I dont know how to fix his or contact anyone. I've been to the store and they gave me a PAYG sim and suggested I buy a Vodafone SIM, my daughter is saying this is incorrect as I already have a 3 SIM I should be moving my old number to. Very confused. Anyone know how I can contact we without calling 150?

Hi @Duncanc

Sorry, it's not quite clear from your post whether you're trying to get a PAC to port out, or use a PAC to port in?
