Hi @Mo_Sadeghi

EE are obliged to send you an out of contract notification. Did you receive a text saying your minimum term was coming to an end? You should ask EE to confirm how they notified you.

https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/managing-and-using-my-account/leaving-ee/end-of-contract-notification-and-out-of-contract-discount

That said, in my opinion you should be aware of your contract dates and when minimum terms run out too and take action accordingly as well.

Hi,

I had a phone + SIM 24 months contract and apparently, it ran out in May but EE was still deducting the contract amount after that. I called today and found that I had to cancel at that time and I won't be getting back the amount I've paid for 3 more months.

Where does the contract state that I have to cancel in order to stop deducting money from my account? How do I get back the money I have lost unknowingly?
