PAC code problem

Hi, sadly I have to leave EE and move to Vodafone. I requested a PAC which has been sent but when I try and use it Vodafone says it doesn't match the number.

Old EE number was xxxxxxxxxxxx ….. PAC is xxxxxxxxxxxx

Can anyone help please?

I've tried calling EE but because the account is now closed I can't get past 'please enter your phone number'

Welcome to the EE Community,

Please can you remove your mobile number & PAC code from the Community as this is a public forum.

If you call freephone 0800 317 720 you will get straight through without the IVR asking for your mobile number.

you can send a text with the word PAC to 65075 and you will get a text back with your PAC code.
