Transfer old EE out of contract number to new EE

I’m out of contract with EE and have now bought a new phone and got a new number with EE again. I want to transfer my old number to my phone but having difficulty doing so. Any help or suggestions?

Welcome to the EE Community,

unfortunately it isn't possible to move numbers between EE contracts to achieve this you would need to transfer your number to another networks PAYG sim then move it back to your new contract.
