lost sim card in the post

Good afternoon to you all i hope all of you are well.

I have tried to contact EE about a Sim card i have not received.

They e mail me on the 28th April this year stating it had been posted.

I have tried to contact them but get the runner round with there phone system and it will not put me through to anyone and cuts me off.

I am disabled and the only mobile phone service that works were i live is EE so as i am unable to sort this matter out i am just wanting to know if anyone can help me with this matter.
