&lt;P&gt;SIM cards are sent out 2nd class, so could take 3-5 days or even longer at the moment. Hopefully it'll arrive by tomorrow, if not, you could go to a store for a replacement SIM (Check the procedure, make an appt, etc) or call EE and get a new one sent out?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not sure if this is the right place to ask but here goes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i upgraded my contract on Sunday and purchased a new line/SIM card/contract for my Wife. But as of today they still have not arrived.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;they are showing on my bill as 2 new contracts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks in advance for the advice&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
