    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have just received my new pay monthly phone today from being a pay as you go customer with EE. When inputting all the information to move to pay monthly I asked for my pay as you go number to be transferred to my pay monthly. This says on the website it’s instant but I have received a completely different number with my phone than my own one. How do I get my old number transferred on my new phone? I have tried to call but have been on hold for a very long time and I don’t want to be having to carry around two phones.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/969073"&gt;@Jodys92&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;EE can not send you a sim with your number on it as you can not have 2 sims with the same number. &amp;nbsp;It’s not Instant to move in number to a new sim as it can take up to 24 hours. &amp;nbsp; Keep trying customer services but you need to be patient because they are working with social distancing so there’s less of them to take calls. &amp;nbsp; Just be patient when calling.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
