expired pay as you go sim

Hi, i bought a pay as you go simcard last November in the UK, i have since been abroad and have not used it or topped the credit up online, I'm heading back to the UK soon and wondered if it is expired after so long or can I top it up online and it would work again?

Hi @Ianchristian

As per EE hibernation policy an unused PAYG SIM is kept alive for roughly 9months (273 days) after chargeable activity.

November '19 > August '20 is pushing that pretty close, so I'd suggest checking that SIM pronto else it could be too late. It may already be too late.
