Transfer Existing Number Turnaround Time

Hi,

I moved my gf to EE on Thursday (6th), when signing her up I included the PAC number and her existing number on the application.

Received the phone on Friday (7th) and activated the SIM.

How long will it take for her number to change, as we are still waiting.

As per how long does it take to transfer my number , I would work on the assumption your PAC wasn't submitted until the day the phone was activated.

If that was before 5.30pm on Friday 7th, I would expect the number to move across during Monday 10th.

In any case, PAC moves don't happen on weekends.
