If you have multiple phones on your account, then you need to either call 150 or login to myEE to get the code - the text service won't work.

PAC Code

I am struggling to get a PAC code since my contract expired last month. I have tried using sending a text to 150 but get told that I need to use the online portal instead and although I get a PIN to complete the process it then always fails with "something went wrong error please try again later" and getting through to an agent has so far proved impossible. Can someone please help me to get this PAC code please

Thank you for your reply. Using the MyEE portal is where I am getting the message that "something has gone wrong please try again later" and it has been like this for several days now and as I say trying to speak to an agent is proving very difficult.

Hi @Jon66

Thanks for coming to the community.

If you get in touch with our Mobile Care team on 150 or 0800 079 8586 from any other phone, they will be able to get you the PAC.

Vulnerable customers are being prioritised, but you can still contact us, our contact centres in the UK and Ireland are open to help keep you connected, but we have fewer people available to take your calls.

Thanks.

Leanne.
