Hi @MissFrances

Your SIM is tied to your number, which is tied to your account/plan etc - so there's no reason you should lose any of your package or extras when you need to replace your SIM.

Hi there,

I was wondering if I got a new SIM would I be able to keep the same pay as you go bonuses? I've had this SIM a long time and have built up a lot of extra data and minutes but I think the SIM card is on its way out, I know I can keep the same number which is good but I REALLY don't want to have to start from the beginning with my pack.

You need to ask for a sim replacement.

Just getting a new sim won't work as that'll come with a new number.

A sim replacement will just give you a new sim and everything else stays the same
