Old Number but same contract

Hello, I need access to an old number I got rid off March 2020 it is connected with the contract I have got now I had to change due to personal reason. But I really need to get access to this number to get in to an old Facebook account that I had to delete due to those personal reasons but there is pictures and messages I really need for court. EE did not want to help me or even try looking in to it just said no that someone else has my number now I tried ringing the number but it just says barred... does anyone know how I can get around trying to get access all I need is a code that is being sent to that number...

@Mbaker95 Unfortunately that’s not possible. You can contact Facebook to see if they can help and it’s it’s a court matter then the courts will request this to get this access.

just to add if you deleted the Facebook account then all information on that account will not be gone anyway.

That should say “will be gone anyway”. Not sure where the “not” came from.
