&lt;P&gt;Also, when you spoke to our customer care team did they take the SIM card details and register this for you?&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Replacement SIM no signal</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;A replacement for my lost sim card arrived yesterday and there has been no signal the whole time. I thought maybe it just needs a bit of time but still nothing. I wish I could call 150 but I can’t as my sim doesn’t work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I asked for a replacement SIM card I was told I won’t have to activate it. I however did all the tips for iPhones in the hope it may help. I did so couple hours ago.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I was told I didn’t have to register it when I ordered new one. I also didn’t have to register last time I lost a SIM. I’m just confused and a bit impatient now. Is it possible this SIM card is just faulty??&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I believe it’s on pay as you go as I moved abroad for extended period of time and I only just got back to the UK. I was going to change to a contract soon enough. Right now I don’t really feel like switching to pay monthly in sheer hope it will fix things.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
