      <description>&lt;P&gt;I received an upgrade and got a new phone and sim. It is nearly been 24 hrs since I set this up and still not getting a service. This was upgraded to a 256 gb from a 64 gb&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I upgraded by phone to an iPhone 11 pro 256GB from an iPhone X 64GB and got a new sim and was told to wait 24 hrs but it still has not been activated and therefore I have no service&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you upgraded direct with EE, you can continue to use your existing SIM card. You only need to use the new SIM if you need a different size.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Are you able to transfer your existing SIM to your new phone?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Assuming you upgraded from an older model iPhone they should use Nano sim - they have been using Nano sim since the iPhone 6 - possibly the 5 used nano too.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please don't confuse phone storage for SIM storage - a SIM card only has a couple Kilobytes of storage, let alone Gigabytes&lt;/P&gt;</description>
