Why wont it accept my PAC code?

I have tried about 8 times both typing in and copying and pasting my PAC number (virgin media) and It keeps declining it and I want to move my number to my new SIM asap. Please can I have some help.

First day with EE and already disappointed as I had to enter all this info when I originally bought the phone so dissapointed I am duplicating this.

Hey, I called them up and have booked it in for Teusday - they were pretty quick to resolve it once I got a hold of them! Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

If your PAC is not being accepted online, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team so they can check this over for you.
