&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you haven’t used your phone for any chargeable activity for 179 days, your account will go into hibernation and any credit will be removed. But don’t worry; at this point it’s not too late to reinstate it – just&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/get-in-touch" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;get in touch with the Pay As You Go team&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;if it is much longer than that you can get a free PAYG sim by clicking&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://shop.ee.co.uk/sim-only/pay-as-you-go-phones" target="_self"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>My sim is not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve had my ee sim for quite some time now but recently it just stopped working and it says no service. On the app I am logged out and when I write my number it says it’s not found.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sounds like it has gone into hibernation.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When did you last use it for a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You needed to make a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;action like making a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
