    <description>&lt;P&gt;Ee doesn't recognise my number and I was told by the operator that setup my new monthly plan that I would only have to turn my phone off and on again and I would be all set up which I have done today&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Is this your My EE account that does not recognise your number?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are you using our old SIM card?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, do you have signal showing on your new phone?&lt;/P&gt;
