Hi. could anyone help me out and tell me if i can separate my two sim contacts through my online account, so i can pay for them individually, without having to call EE for authorization?

or is this something id need to put a call in for?

Hi @jj87

The payments for an EE phone are set by the billing account, so if you want to have 2 phones billed separately then they just need to be on different billing accounts. That's a call to C/S to move one phone onto its own account.

Nothing stops you from making manual payments of whatever amount you like, whenever you like, though. If you make payments prior to the bill date each month, then the account balance (therefore the bill amount) will reflect that.
