Our SIM cards are sent out in second-class post, and would usually take around seven days to arrive.

You could try booking an appointment at your local EE Store and getting one from there.

Hi, I contacted EE to change my PAYG sim for a nano because I changed my phone. I followed the online procedure to apply for a replacement and was sent an email saying that a replacement sim would be 'popped in the post','within two working days - that was the 25th June. As of this mornings post(07/07) nothing has turned up and I've had no further messages. So the question is, is this a delay due to the current situation or has the sim gone astray?

Cheers
