&lt;P&gt;If your old SIM has been deactivated but the new one isn't working, I would call C/S just to make sure the correct SIM has been activated - they will have access to your specific account to check everything over.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please reboot your phone, just to make sure too.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Use one of the 0800 (free) numbers on the &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/get-in-touch" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;get in touch&lt;/A&gt; page, from another phone, to call and make sure.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a new phone which came with instructions to insert and activate the new SIM card (Samsung Galaxy S20). I activated it online, my old SIM has been deactivated, but the new one isn't working. Is there usually a delay?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
