Hello, i wrote on here a while ago about a phone contract upgrade but in the end i decided to get another sim only upgrade as my partner has bought me a phone as a surprise. I have already done the upgrade today and just waiting for my new sim etc but it says if i am only upgrading my plan i wont need a new sim. if this is the case, when will my new plan start? My original plan ends on the 11th, will it start from then or if i get a new sim do i have to just activate it?

@kate-88 You new tariff will start should start within 24 hours as it’s only a change of contract.

Has your plan now changed for you?

You won't need a new SIM card if you have changed to a SIM Only plan, you can use your old SIM.
