esim replacement for iphone xr - apple replaced phone

Hi there. I had a business number on my Iphone XR that was EE an Esim. I sent my phone to be repaired and apple sent me a brand new phone, no esim. So I go my QR code today and went to the EE site to activate it but it wont send me a code. I'm not sure how it can as when I look at the business line number, its a load of 0's. I've tried to change it to my number but it wont save. Please help, I've been without this number for a week now and I thought this would be really straight forward!!

I have a similar issue and need help

business phone - e-sim! That phone broke and I can't get in

I have been given a new phone and sent a new sim but I cannot get the new esim to work on my new phone. It suggests sending codes to the old phone which I no longer can use
