      <description>&lt;P&gt;My connection has been disabled due to 6 months inactivity. How do I reinstate it?&amp;nbsp; I cannot get through to you on the phone as there is a 30 minute wait and my landline phone runs out of battery life before then.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If this is a &lt;A href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/Pay-as-you-go-and-Flex/What-is-pay-as-you-go-and-flex-hibernation-and-how-do-I-stop-it/td-p/833279" target="_blank"&gt;pay as you go SIM card that has gone into hibernation&lt;/A&gt;, you will need to &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/get-in-touch" target="_blank"&gt;get in touch with our Customer Care team&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;They can look into this for you and let you know if the number can be reinstated.&lt;/P&gt;
