Hi - I just want to change my existing number for a new one. Is this possible to do online? Thanks. M

Absolutely yes you can change your number, there is normally a small charge for this (£36 I think, but not 100% sure) which is normally waived if you're getting malicious calls, for example.

You need to call EE on 150 to do this, you can't do it online.
