Finally had my Smart P phone sent into repair. Loan phone sent out from EE but nano sim card will not fit. After much chasing have now received 3 new sim cards. Before I can get the loan phone to work with the sim card EE want to send a security code to my old number(phone) which I do not have. Help please.

just to check your current sim will be a 3 in one sim and you should be able to push out the part you need. Image of that HERE

I have tried to contact EE on a different phone. The major panic has been that my mother is in a care home in her final hours and I cannot be contacted. Seems my phone is now repaired and on its way back to me. Expected on Monday 29th June. I therefore must wait. Not the happiest of situations.
