&lt;P&gt;Please &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/get-in-touch" target="_blank"&gt;get in touch with Customer Care&lt;/A&gt;. They'll be able to check your account address is up to date and order a new SIM for you.&lt;/P&gt;
