&lt;P&gt;The subject of your post says you've been inactive for 8months, have you read through the &lt;A href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/Pay-as-you-go-and-Flex/What-is-pay-as-you-go-and-flex-hibernation-and-how-do-I-stop-it/td-p/833279" target="_self"&gt;hibernation policy&lt;/A&gt; ?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Assuming you have topped it up, your SIM should be active again and should work. If you reboot your phone, does it show signal bars for a local network wherever you are?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm not sure where your phone being "kinda lost together with the SIM card" fits in? Are you saying you've topped it up but have also lost it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. My phone was kinda lost together with the sim card. I rarely used the number but now i need to use it as it was connected to my bank and few other stuffs. How do i reactivate the line? Im in oversea and i have topped up the line successfully. I cant call EE / 150 because the line is barred. I also couldnt chat with support as im on pay as you go plan. Please help as this is really urgent and important.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
