      <description>&lt;P&gt;I spoke to EE 2 days ago about getting a different SIM card sent to me as I was buying a new phone. Now I have no service &amp;amp; the new SIM card hasn’t turned up, I was advised all I’d need to do was activate the card once both phone &amp;amp; sim were in hand but I’ve no service &amp;amp; I need a phone to work from home&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
