Hi there

I have started a new contract with EE after 10 years with THREE - their service has become so bad. When I put my application in, I put the PAC code I got from THREE into my account (pre phone). Will this automatically then set up the porting of my old number?

I received the phone today and have set it up (on the temp number) and tried to fill out the online form and it was being rejected (I think - it kicks me back to the beginning). So I was just wondering if there us any where / any way I can see whether its being accepted / processed.

Many thanks
Becky

Hi @Huggybecky

If I was you, I'd call EE C/S on 150, and check with them. There'll be a recorded message to the effect of "please don't queue unless you absoutely have to", feel free to wait past that and go into the queue.

They will have access to your account and can check whether your port is in-progress or needs to be re-initiated.

Thank you both for the swift reply. I was trying to do everything I could myself as i knew the lines would be constrained. However, I called 150 and spoke to a lovely gentleman who helped me out. My number will port tomorrow. Very happy.

Goodbye and good riddance THREE!
