I am a new customer with EE and I ordered a sim card (Sim only deal) about 15 mins ago but I haven't received any confirmation email or anything like that, does this mean my order has not been processed?

UA1238.. I wouldn't worry, it's the weekend and out of office hours so you probably won't get a response until Sun/Mon.

Thanks, it is sorted now, do you know how long it takes for new sim to arrive?

I received an email last saying "Your order's on its way. It'll be delivered by Royal Mail."

If it comes by post, it'll come second class and usually be with you within five days.
