Keep The Same Number

I have a pay as you go phone with EE at the moment and i want to buy a new phone but want to keep the same number. How do i do this. Someone told me i have to migrate the old number from the old sim card onto the new sim card.

Can i do this online or do i need to go into a store?

Hi @kclark026

You simply buy a new (ideally EE PAYG) phone, which will come with a new SIM/new number. Don't use that SIM, but put your existing SIM into it and off you go.
