No, as long as your mother gets her PAC from O2 & gives it to you to give it to EE. When it's used by EE it will cancel her contract with O2. I take it she is beyond her min. term.

Hi,

My current contact with O2 expires at the end of the month. I am looking to upgrade to a Google Pixel 4 but O2 do not offer these hence why i am looking to move.

The current contract is in my mothers name and has been for the past 10+ years. I am now looking to set the contract up in my name and wondered if there would be any implications when transferring the number due to the accounts being in different names.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

Thank you for the prompt reply. There are multiple numbers registered to the account, im guessing it will only cancel the contract for the number i use and the rest will stay active?

That's correct; only the contract of the no. being ported.
