    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I upgraded to a new phone yesterday. I activated my new sim card however it does not appear to be activated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The old sim card in my previous phobe has since deactivated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What do I do as I have no working phone line please.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If it has been over 24 hours please restart your phone. If this doesn't help, please &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/get-in-touch" target="_blank"&gt;get in touch with Customer Care&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
