I bought a new phone for my son, a PAYG Samsung A51. He was already an EE PAYG customer.

My question is, how can he keep his number but use the PAYG Pack that came with the phone, as there's more value for money when topping-up with the new pack?

The new phone came with a new sim card and top-up card.
