Not correct logo

I have a Samsung s10plus.

I have recently switched from 3 mobile but everytime i turn phone on or off its still shows the 3 logo any help in sorting this out, the phone is unlocked

Does this only occur when you switch the phone off and on?

What network shows at the top of your device?

On top its says EE but when I switch phone off and off the screen flashes the 3 logo

@Reidy99 thats because of the firmware installed on the phone.

This phone used to be on EE when I bought it, so a bit disappointed that it still shows the 3 logo

@Reidy99 The only way to change this to install EEs firmware.
