      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I took out a new contract with Mobiles.co.uk and have a EE sim card. I've been trying to get the sim card to work for two weeks now and have been on the phone to both companies regarding this. I have tried turning the phone on/off, waited 48 hours (twice) and have been told EE have confirmed the SIM is set up and should be working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Apparently I will be getting billed for this now but I am unable to use my phone. I can't ring and when I do it says the service is temporarily unavailable. I have tried putting my other sim card (with EE) into my new phone and it works fine so I think it may be the sim card. I can connect to WIFI in the house but as soon as I leave the house I have no internet and can't text or ring anyone at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been trying to get in touch with EE via phone but understand there's a high number of calls currently so haven't been able to. Could someone please help me with this issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Grace&lt;/P&gt;</description>
