&lt;P&gt;If you are having trouble with the activation of your wifes new sim call freephone 0800 956 3146 and a tech advisor will be able to get your wifes new sim up &amp;amp; running.&lt;/P&gt;

I have done the following without any result&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;There are3 simple steps highlighted to follow&amp;nbsp; which are&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;(1)&amp;nbsp; Enter your number which&amp;nbsp; and screen&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;displayed this message&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;FONT face="Roboto, HelveticaNeue, Arial, sans-serif" color="#3c4043"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;'Please&amp;nbsp; gives us your phone number.&amp;nbsp; For security,&amp;nbsp; we will send a pin code to your old phone.'&amp;nbsp; I have done this several time yet no code is sent to the old phone&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;(2) Being&amp;nbsp; that no code is received,&amp;nbsp; iam unble to complete step 2&amp;nbsp; which is&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;'Enter your pin '&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Step3: Sim activated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I will be very grateful for your&amp;nbsp; kindest response .&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Kind regards&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Joseph&amp;nbsp; E&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
