If not you’ll have to allow the Sim card time to activate this can take up to 24 hours but do try turning the device on and off a few times as it usually only takes 3 to 5 hours to activate.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>SIM not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dropped my phone in the canal yesterday, new one came today with a new SIM, but the SIM doesn't seem to work as I can't make calls or send texts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;definately in the right way, and the letter it has come with says it should be activated already?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I can't call 150 because I can't make calls.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Any help would be appreciated&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
