My Iphone stopped working recently and I sent it to Apple Care. They just contaced me saying they are sending me a new device since the other one is not going to work. My previous phone had a dual SIM for my UK and Mexican number. The esim was for EE and they can't help me with passing my UK number to this new phone since there is no EE in Mexico. Could you give me guidance in what to do to get my esim with the same UK number for this new phone? It is my main line to contact friends and family.
