Hi I ordered a sim today and they ask me to call a number. Is my EE order confirmed or not?

@Anik if they need to confirm any information and they can't confirm it with you the order will be cancelled.

So as long as I don’t call they won’t process my order and they won’t charge me anything right? And I would like to know how much time will EE hold my order for?
