Transfer from 3 to EE

When people ring my number it works under EE. Texts show the number on the SIM. Will my number from 3 get fully transferred to EE? If yes, when can I expect the number to be fully transferred to EE?

Hello,

It was 22/5/20, when I got my PAC code.

My number was still the one on the SIM card until 26th May. As a say, the mobile number I had under my previous provider 3 has been transferred over to EE. However, texts are still going through to my old phone, which has the 3 SIM card in it.

I have turned off I messages on my old phone (which shows the number I had under 3, which I want to be the number I have under EE).

Thanks for coming back to us.

If you go to Settings > Phone, does the correct number show?

If so, can you try turning off iMessage and also FaceTime.

Once they are both off, can you go back to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network settings, this will restart your iPhone and will remove any saved WiFi passwords.

If you then turn iMessage and FaceTime back on and let me know if this works for you?
