I’m moving from EE to giff gaff.

i’ve recieved a PAC code off EE and given it to giff gaff. My new sim is due to arrive tomorrow and when I put it into my phone my old number will be transferred and my contract will start with them. I’m doing this am I simultaneously cancelling my contract with EE? Or do I need to do this separately via phone call? My contract with EE finishes end of this month and I payed my last EE bill a couple of day ago so shouldn’t be charged anymore, but don’t want to be in a situation where next month I’m charged by EE and giff gaff because somehow my EE contract didn’t cancel.

Hi @SophieEJSmith

When your PAC is used and number moved to your new provider, this will automatically cancel your existing contract and generate your final bill.
